Razer Diamondback Problems

Ok, I have a 5-6Mo old razor diamondback, it has a 2Yr Warranty, but they consider this normal wear, The side nonslip rails are wearing out and getting rough, I have looked high and low, because the Rezer tech said that company's make them, although Razer does not make parts for there own products?

Does anyone know where I may be able to find this?

You mean the plastic bits on the bottom of the mouse or the buttons on the sides? It will probably run better on a razer mantis mouse pad, they're really smooth but they are huge, i only use a half of mine.

I have a mantis control mouse pad, and skates, the part that I need is the rubber that is on the side where the buttons are, not the buttons, but the rubber rails.
