Hello everyone. After some rumors I heard on the net, I googled around a bit (soon, this phrase will be in the dictionaries, believe me!) and found out about a custom BIOS made by ATI for the 3870. The upper OC limit of the 3870 is arounf 862Mhz I believe and that is due to the fact that there are some power saving features operating on the GPU which effectively "lock" it at that limit. Whith this custom BIOS installed, people managed to go as high as 900Mhz on air, and even 1Ghz on water!!!! This is bloody amazing for a 220$ card, isn't it?? All I wondering now is, if this is really true. Has anyone heard about it, or even better done it himself?? Let me know.

Lucky for me I can read greek. Put simply he doesn't mention any benchies. All the other threads were asking for bench's at those speeds and xfire aswell, but he hasn't posted anything.
