What is cbsugynj.dll

I have a loading error when Windows first boots. It says: Cannot run cbsugynj.dll; which is located in the system32 folder. I never heard of it and cannot seem to find out what it is via using Google. Anyone ever hear of it? Is it bad (trojan, virus, etc)? It doesn't seem to be ruining my pc performance or anything and all the virus, malware scans come up empty (or more precise, don't 'recognize it') so can I just manually delete it myself or just leave it be?
