Confusion about fan headers on DS4?

Ok, I'm having a brainfart when it comes to my motherboard fans. According to the layout of my DS4 I have four fan headers: CPU_FAN, SYS_FAN1/SYS_FAN2, PWR_FAN, and NB_FAN.

CPU fan and system fan I understand - CPU fan I can hook up my HS fan (even though it's a 3-pin fan and the header is 4-pin), and system fan would be for a case fan, I believe.

Power Fan I'm not sure about, and what do I do with the NB fan if I have no NB HS? Can I use that for any fan I want?

Thanks.

Power fan is for some powersupply with a fan rpm connector, so that the fan in the psu can be controlled on board. I think they are all interchangeable, you just need to know which is which if want to use the smartfan function in the bios.
