How to resume the system from hang

i got virus which is nt allowin me to open my comp n my docum folder. when i press on d folder d sys will hang out

Pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del open your task manager. From that window you can select the program you want to close and hit " end task ".

I suggest to scan you PC for viruses using Avira anti virus, It's a freeware for personal use.

Boot into safe mode with networking (F8 on startup). Download, install, and update malwarebytes. Do a full system scan.
