My Toshiba Satellite M60 do not recognize Apple Airport Extreme

I seem to recall that Airport Extreme is some kind of router (don't assume people are familiar with Apple equipment). Suggest you read the manual for how to access the unit's user interface.

If possible connect the computer to Airport by ethernet cable and disable all wireless security until you establish a reliable connection wirelessly.

Then apply a security protocol which is supported by both machines.

Alternatively address the Airport's user interface via another computer which can be connected to the Airport by wireless.
