New Computer Build! Advice Needed!

Hey long time no post.

Anyways here is the deal. I won a 1000 dollar scholarship so I have the money for a new build. My current specs are as follows ...
p4 530 @ 3.3 ghz
6600 gt agp
2 gb value ram
550 watt antec true power trio
antec p180 case
IDE hdd
disk drives

anyways ... i have 800 dollars to spend (dont worry about os).... what should i get? i play lots of fps and want to move on to the crazy new stuff like cod4 and crysis.

psu and case are good, reuse those. q6600, gigabyte p35 ds3l mb, 4 GB DDR2-800 RAM, 8800gt 512, 320GB HDD, should fit in your budget. oc the q6600 to 3+ GHz ,the stock cooler should be fine for this if you need to save money. I'm assuming you have a monitor to use too? if it's 16xx by 1xxx the single 8800gt should be fine. you'll need to reconsider this build if you want higher resolutions.

^^^ what he said except I'd go with 8800 GTS 512 which is about as fast as GTX for about $200 less. GTS512 & GT512 have the same power req.
