I am looking for a water cooling kit to cool two VGA cards (8800gts’s) and an Intel Core Extreme QX6700 running on an asus striker extreme motherboard. I am putting this lot into a CoolerMaster Stacker RC-810 case.
I have never used water cooling before and I do want to do some moderate overclocking.
I was hoping to get a water cooling kit that would fit into the case but the ones that do, do not seem to be very good at cooling for OCing.
That's a pretty tall order that you are asking for. Being able to fit a water cooling kit that will cool overclocked components inside of a case is pretty difficult at best. I wouldn't put my hopes into it that much.
To get a decent water cooling kit such as you describe will require a custom kit. There are no premade kits that will work for you.
To cool a quad core that is overclocked, as well as 2 8800 series gpu's will require at least a 120X3 radiator, or for better cooling, 2 separate 120X2 radiators. You may even consider 2 cooling loops. As you can see, it will take up quite a bit of space.
My best advice for you is to research which components you want. You will want a pump, radiator, and waterblocks for both your cpu and gpu's at the very least. You can think about reservoirs, coolants, and loop order after that. This should give you a starting point.
Good luck with your research.

Your best bet would be to simply cool the CPU and *possibly* the Northbridge if you plan on increasing the FSB. Watercooling the video cards would be a waste of time if you don't plan on overclocking them much, it would just add restriction to your loop. Your best loop for cooling that particular CPU would consist of a good pump, such as the MCP-655, which, at 60-90 dollars is quite expensive, but it works great and lets you adjust the speed if you wish to keep things quiet. 1/2" tubing. Apogee GTX or similar waterblock will set you back about 60-80 bucks. For a radiator there's several options. The Black Ice Stealth series works great for me, and are not too pricy. You'll want at least a 120X2 rad, expect to spend anywhere from 40-100 bucks. Now, the fans. Scythe S-flex are awesome, but somewhat pricey. That'd be my rec. Finally, you should definately invest in a reservoir. They make filling and bleeding a system infinately less painful. My favorite is the Swiftech micro res, which takes up very little real estate and helps silence the cooling system through a nicely placed baffle. Some good sites for watercooling equipment are here:
After doing a lot more reading i am starting to see that for a 1st time WCing build what i want could be a tall order. I may start with some simple CPU cooling and take it from there.
