Desktop icons showing half please solution

Hello,
sir my pc desktop icons is showing half and why and soul the problem

Right-Click your desktop in a blank area.
Select "Properties"
Click "Appearance" tab
Click "Advanced" button
In the "Item" box, click down-pointer
Select "Icon"
Click raise/Lower buttons to make size 32
Click buttons below make font size 8
Go back to "Item" box, click down-pointer again
Select "Icon Spacing (Horizontal)"
Click raise/Lower buttons to make size 52
Go back to "Item" box, click down-pointer again
Select "Icon Spacing (Vertical)"
Click raise/Lower buttons to make size 40
Click "Ok"
Click "Apply"
Click "Ok"
