Hello everyone,

My sister-inlaw got an Acer ASPIRE 6930 for X-Mas and the NTI Backup Now 5 says three easy steps to backup C drive onto DVD-R DL 8.5GB and I click submit now, then it says "unable to perform scheduler task. I designated F drive as backup, everything seems right...? What am I doing wrong? Thanks Systemlord.
