i just overclocked my intel q9300 (stock 2.5ghz) to 3.33 ghz and i am not sure what speed my cpu fan should be on. I am wondering if i should keep it on smart fan setting which is default or just at 100% at all times. below are pics of my oc and the temps. The temps shown are slightly higher (about 4 or 5 Celsius more) idling than when my processor was not oc'd.

My recommendations is to to turn off the auto fan speed. Its something that I've read about with older systems, so I'm unsure if they've made the auto fan stuff work with the new chips. 100% is never bad if you can take the noise.

If those are Idle temps then they are high. Get an aftermarket HS or at least turn up the fan.
