So with this I would run my computer w/ DVI to HDMI into the Psyclone switcher and then HDMI to DVI to my monitor. And of course the PS3 would plug into the switcher with just straight HDMI.
Does anyone foresee any issues with this setup? I play alot of PC games as well so I dont want to sacrifice performance there either.
other than having to buy what seems to be 3 new wires(and the switcher), i don't see anything wrong with that setup. i dont have an HDMI switcher but i use Psyclone cables and have had no problems with them.
another option is to use component cables for your PS3. this would give you 1080i on your DELL, which while not 1080p still looks good and you save around $200.
of course my real recommendation is to go dual 2407 monitors and solve your problems with one fell swoop!

lol. As much as I would LOVE to go dual 24's I dont have the desk space. Another reason why I thought of doing the psyclone was because it also does optical switching as well. My Z5500 only has one optical which the 360 is using and the digital coax is being used up by my computer.
I think at first I will go with component. I don't really mind 1080i and I'm sure it still looks great. I guess once GT5 comes out I won't be touching my 360 for awhile.
