Power Supply Help for New Build

Hi guys looking for some info on using this power supply in my new build only cause I've never had a problem with it.

Compucase Hec Orion X-Power 585 watt
36A 3.3, 36A 5, 19A 12v1, 20A 12v2.

System is going to be
Asus P5E
Intel E6750
2GB Crucial DDR2 1066
8800GT 512mb (XFX Extreme if in stock at time of order)
Creative Xi-Fi Xtreme Gamer 7.1
320GB SATA II Seagate ES
DVDRW Asus x2

I wont be doing any overclocking

Wanted to know if im going to have any Power Supply issues with this setup, any help would be nice ^^
