Hello,
Today I purchased a Blue Orb 2 heat sink and checked if it would be compatible with my mobo and they were both LGA 775. So I went ahead and tried to install it but when they ask you to tighten the clips onto the board that hold the blue orb into place, the holes around the processor are too large. So when I try to screw in the clips, you can just pull the screw right out. I give up at this point.
Thanks,

Here is a quote that I think might be pertinent.

Quote :

Next, I had to attach the Mounting brackets to the motherboard. These screwed securely onto the top of the motherboard by a small screw and washer on the back.
