Dude, you get what you pay for. I understand your on a budget, but the motherboard and chipset is the foundation of a system, and if youre going to skimp, thats the one thing you shouldnt skimp on.
I wouldnt go with a 945 chipset. Find something with at least a 965, for future upgrade potential, even if you have to go with a cheaper CPU for now.
spend $100 less on the CPU and get a better MB, like the p35 based DS3L. That's a great price on that board too! The E4xxx or E2xxx seiries CPUs are great overclockers and will provide the bang-for-buck performance a budget build needs.
*cheap plug* I'm selling an 8600GT 256 DDR3 video card for $70, if your interested. Best performance you can get for the price. Not sure what your budget allows for the the GPU...

the reason why im going for this mobo is because it has onboard graphics and the ds3l doesnt.i dont have the cash now to buy a gpu which was the main reason why i chose this mobo. does it really bottleneck the cpu??? about future upgrade, this mobo does support wolfdale.....I REALLY NEED TO KNOW IF IT BOTTLENECKS THE TRUE POWER OF THE E6550.........
but the E6550 is way much better than the E2160.You must overclock the E2160 to get more performance.....overclocking produces more heat which burns my wallet to buy a better cooler. The cost of running an overclocked E2160 is much costlier and risky....
The main reason im skimping the MB is because im saving to buy the 8800gt....
You can almost get the same performance from an overclocked 21XX with the STOCK cooler as the 6550 and do a CPU upgrade when you have the $$$. You want to game, so on board will not satisfy your needs, the video will be more of a bottleneck than the CPU. You probably should let us know what you have now, such as ram and the power supply. Also, the board you linked to has been deactvated.

It sounded to me like you were looking for advice on what to buy, when actually you've already bought it! You've got more CPU than you have motherboard, you should of went the other way, the Gigabyte P35 board and a 21XX CPU
