I really like this board, just holding out for the new CPU's from Intel. Will this board support the new Q9450/Q9550 CPU'S. Looking for a system too last five years.

Since it supports the new wolfdale cores via a bios update I would assume that the board will support the new quads with another bios update, unless gigabyte included support in their latest update. However, if you are looking for a system that will last five years (for gaming), get a PS3. The cpu's may last 3 years, but you will most likely need a new graphics card in about another year and a half. Unless of course you can live with not having high framerates at high settings.

If you don't game or run any intensive programs, then yes that system will last 5 years unless you upgrade to the next windows OS.
