Clearing CMOS

Hello I have a Asus P5N32 Plus MoBo, and due to problems I need to know how to clear the CMOS, can anyone give me exact instructions (aka for a noob) on how to clear the CMOS

first off will it boot? and 2nd is it a ami bios?

sry for the post... got help from asus website and the manual...

there would be a 3-pin jumper on the board were it would have been written " CMOS_CLR)".. just change the position of jumper to CLR and switch CPU on. Then after 2-3sec again change the position of the jumper to its orig positn. Thats CMOS would b reset.
