I want to get my computer Overclocked and have no experience in doing this. First off my specs

Motherboard: DFI LANPARTY DK P35-T2RS LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz LGA 775 Quad-Core Processor Model
cooled w/ ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler

GPU: EVGA 512-P3-N802-AR GeForce 8800GT Superclocked 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0

RAM: Kingston HyperX 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) x 2

Hard Drive: Western Digital 750GB 7200rmp

Power Supply: PC Power & Cooling S75QB 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply

I would like to get my processor up to 3.4 ghz and RAM as high as possible
