AMD 64 X2 4200 + Overclocking Help

Hello!

Im running the aformentioned CPU in a Biostar board with 2x1gig sticks of ram.

The CPU runs native at 2.21 ghz, but I was wondering how far I could push it on stock cooling, and then how exactly to go about doing that.

Any help?
