For starters, not from anywhere that shows up on the first pages of a Google search - don't touch those with a bargepole. Also, previous enquiries around here haven't gone far either. If you bought the MODEM without a CD, try to borrow one. If it worked once before but doesn't now, see if you have a folder named Cricket in Programme Files and if there is, point the Driver Update button to that folder.

If all that fails, ask a friend with an ethernet or wirelessly connected computer to let you plug your MODEM into their machine and let Windows try to find drivers on the Net. When that completes, the Cricket folder should appear and you can copy that to your system. Your friend can then safely delete it without adverse consequences.
