How to install language support without XP CD?

I don't think you can do it without one but it will probably allow you to use a borrowed one of any version of XP.

First though, go to Control Panel>Regional and Language and from the Regional Options tab, try changing the langfuage and click Apply. From the Languages tab, tick to install the files needed for right to left languages and Apply again and finally, from the Advanced tab, tick the Unicode box for 10004 MAC Arabic, then Apply and OK. If you made it that far without being prompted for the CD, you may have got away with it.

1-download this folder from this link
http://www.file-upload.net/download-1222702/XP-Arabic-font.rar.html
2-extract the folder
3-go to control panel --> select Regional and languages options
4-in the languages tab check the option for "install the files for complex script ......"
5-go to advanced tab and select Arabic from the drop down list
6-click apply and follow the instructions
