Lost toolbar - no View, Tools, Menu buttonst

Hello,
Seems AVG toolbar has unched off my standard toolbar so I van't uncheck the toolbars I don't want appearing, like AVG.
How can I get that Command?? toolbar that came with my DELL Inspiron mni notebook ( XP)?

Start the computer and hold down F8
A boot menu should come up without windows starting
In the Dell, select restore my computer to an earlier time by pushing the up down arrows, push enter.
Select a time before you installed AVG, or before the problem started.
Allow the restore to complete, this may take up to an hour or more.
In the future, you may want to use a different security system.
