I'm putting in an Nvidia 7900 gto for now but I'm going to upgrade to ati 4850 in a month
PSU- 480W
and I bought this cooler:
ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler - Retail http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835118019

Any thoughts to how high I can get and how I should do so? and is 800 mhz ram okay?

Quick question: What is your PSU brand/model?

If planing to upgrade to 4850 you will need a better PSU. I recommend Corsair 550 or PP&C 610 if not doing CrossFire, if doing CrossFire get a PP&C 750 or a Corsair 750TX or better.
