when i boot from cd "Setup is inspecting your hard ware configuration" message displayed and blank screen monitor seen so what is the solution?

It sounds like you are trying to install windowsXP. If so, after you see the message you quoted, you should see a screen with a blue background with status messages across the bottom of the screen. e.g. press F6 to install RAID drivers, then many other phrases. Do you see those?
If your screen goes dark, you should check your power connectors and the cable connector to the monitor and motherboad/video card.
