Just got done researching for a few weeks now and finally put an order together as my laptop died, just want someone to make sure nothing is sticking out. I was a bit overbudget but im hoping I wont have to upgrade for some time. Thanks again guys your help has been insurmountble. Here it is:

Thanks again guys. Also, it has been almost 4 years since I built my last pc, are there any good tutorial sites that I can read through just to refresh myself in. Thanks again for your help, let me know if you see anything that I could of done better. I wanted to stay under the 1k budget but ended at $1343 shipped, like I said, if I overspent somewhere let me know, thanks!

you know, if you really wanted to be cheap you could buy an E2xx0 series dual-core from Intel and overclock it to 3.2 GHz - that would run at least as well as the stock e6750. now if you're planning on overclocking your current cpu that's another story, but the E2xx0 series is only about $100.

You might visit You Tube and view a few "build a computer" vids.

Not sure of Xclio PSU quality, but the specs look good.

Did not see Transcend ram on the Gigabyte approved/tested list. Use at your own risk. I tend to stick with name brands like Corsair, and Crucial.
