Hi, i am trying to narrow my vid card down and i am looking at this one, will it work for the mobo i am going to buy.

the reason i ask it says DDR3 memory and i dont know if that means anything because my mobo will be ddr2 this is the mobo i am getting

There is no connection between the type of memory used in the video card, and the type of memory used in the mobo. You are ok there.
I see though, that you are looking at the 8800GTS-640. The 8800gts-512-G92 is a better card and costs about $100 less.

Yeah, i am New to all of this building it your self thing. i find myself reading more and more then end up confuseing myself. i will look into your input

is this one of the cards you are talking about
