How to restore internet explorer icon to the list of all programs

how to restore internet explorer icon to the list of all Programs above the Start Button?

type in"Internet Explorer" into the search bar, and drag that icon into your bar above the search bar.. or drag it onto your desktop... the re open "Start" and drag it in there then.

Click (Hold) on the Icon.. the Press the "Windows Button" on your keyboard and drag it on..
