Lots of problems w/ win32 on vista
Last response: in Windows Vista
Hello, Does anyone have an idea for me. I can't open or download any files on Vista. Keep getting it's not a valid win32 application.

Are you current with Windows updates ?
This problem became apparent as far back as 2008 !
Should have been fixed by now, one would think, if your OS is current.
Temp soluitions are to logoff, login (don't have to reboot, but can)
Or run an APP in compatibility mode.
Cause of error points to excessive resources (handles) being used possible memory leak. Have task manager running so you can view resourcees.
