Should have been fixed by now, one would think, if your OS is current. Temp soluitions are to logoff, login (don't have to reboot, but can) Or run an APP in compatibility mode. Cause of error points to excessive resources (handles) being used possible memory leak. Have task manager running so you can view resourcees. Can't find your answer ? Ask !
