Depends on the question. Its a fine line here, however, if this is your machine, or you feel it is a valid question, you will need to elaborate.

Note to people who are concerned: Your admin password you set on your Windows 2000/xp/vista/7/ is just a road block. it stops quick access to your machine but is trivial to bypass.

You sign onto the system using the administrator account and password and then change the password to blank. But it will leave your system wide open.
