i am going to build a budget gaming system in early june and heres what i had in mind:
MB:Gigabyte p31-ds3l
CPU:E2160 @3.2 oc'ed on stock cooler.
VideoCard:Gigabyte 8800GT512mb turbo with zalman cooler
RAM:Adata vitesta extreme 2x1 gb pc 6400 cl 4 kit
DVDrw:LG retail
Case:Raidmax sagitta
total 770$.
The problem is that i only have 850$ to spend on a pc that means i only have 80$ left for a psu.
IN that price range the only good psus i have to choose from are:

Try and buy someting from tier 3 or above. I never recommend saving money by skimping on a PSU.

Jose Gomez Power supplies are the way to go. kidding.

of all the names mentioned above, I'd go with Antec

The PCPower 400watt series silencer is not to expensive, and will work wel for what you want to do.
