I recently got a new computer and i overclocked it to 3.0GHz, 375*8. Its a Q9450 and i looked in cpuz and it says my ram is running 375MHz 1:1 with FSB. Now so does that mean my ddr2-1000 is running way less than stock?

Specs: Asus p5k premium, intel q9450, G-Skill 2x2 GB ddr2 1000, Gigabyte ATI Radeon 4850

Any answer would be great and how can i get it up to atleast stock speeds?

Yes, your RAM that is rated to run at at least DDR2-1000 is running way less than stock. What does that mean? Well, that is running less than stock so you should tighten the timings to at least get some of what you paid for. Say...oh, 4-4-4-12.

It won't hurt anything that your DDR2-1000 isn't running close to the speed that you paid for.

At 375MHz, you can probably get your DDR2-1000(500MHz rated) to timings between 3-3-3-8 and 4-4-4-12, try and get the best settings the ram can manage. This decreased in latency can help you get basically the same memory bandwidth as at DDR2-1000, because the memory is accessed faster.
