Hello,
My registration on the game I just bought doesn't work. I've tried it multiple times. Could the code be wrong?

It could be, but it is more likely that your code has already been registered - return the game to the vendor for a replacement.

When I bought FarCry, the code was already registered and used by someone. The store wouldn't issue a refund or exchange because the game was now open, so I had to call Ubisoft to get a new code.
