Which is a better option for 780I

I was wondering which ram would be a better option for me.

I don't fully understand how timings work so hope someone can help me. My systems if for games if that helps. Plan to use Vista 64

Lower timings are better, for example 4-4-4-12 is better than 5-5-5-15, its simple as it sounds

Between those go for the Corsair one which has 4-4-4-12 timings

K thought so but wanted to make sure b/c one was DDr2 800 and the other was 1000
