my windows xp is not strting up i tried by clicking start up normaly or safe mode also not starting

What make and model of computer?
You may have recovery options.

If you have a windows disc, boot off that. Use the first 'R' option to get into the repair console. At the command line, type fixboot <--this will repair your boot files. Exit the repair console, and try restarting into normal windows.
