ok. so i use my computer for rendering and gaming, and some of the rendering can run overnight. Right now, the stock fan on the AMD heatsink (6000+) is extremely loud under high heat (50C). My other problem is the fan on the video card. Right now my plan is to replace the heatsink on the 6000+ with a Scythe (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185062) and replace my video card altogether and get a 4870, and replace the fan on it with the Zalman (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118037). I will also be getting new fans, probably a scythe (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185060) and put it on the mobo PWM. I will also probably get another fan or 2 from thermaltake, such as http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835106100 for exhaust, and these for intake/exhaust http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811999151. So, to restate that in clearer terms, I want to replace the stock AMD heatsink, replace the video card and the heatsink on the 4870, and put 2 scythes on the side panel window, a thermaltake A2368 on the top and in the power supply (yeah, I know, I'm nutz, but I think I can do it) and put a thermaltake A2329 in the back for exhaust. So, at max, I have 220 CFM in, and 234 out. Suggestions/comments welcome and thanked in advance.

You need a bigger tilt toward exhaust cfm. Skip one or more of the intake fans in your plan.
Also, I would take a look at the Arctic Cooling case fans, as they are quiet and reliable.

thx for the response. i think i will skip getting an extra cooler for the 4870, since I dont really have a problem with it operating near 80, since it pushes air out the back for the most part.
