Hot keys passwords

I have a consistent password that is used to encrypt and open multiple reports. We use this pwrd probably 100 - 200 times a day. Can we program a hot key that will enter this password with a single key stroke when prompted.

Or create a wordpad .txt file with the password and save it to your desktop. When you need it, just open the txt file. copy the PW and paste it into the dialog box.
