I logged into Windows XP Professional with the Administrator account and made changes to some software settings in their respective applications. The is a second account (we'll call USER) that is in the Administrator Group with the same rights and privileges. However, when I log on as USER, the changes made when I was logged on as Administrator do not appear. I then have to repeat all the changes I made when I was logged on as Administrator. I don't understand why the initial changes don't "stick".
Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated
The user accounts and their settings are different for each user, as are the settings for the Administrator account. So you'd have to customize the Administrator and each user accounts you want to use.
