Hard drive noise during Mirrors Edge

Hey i have 2 western digital black 500 gb 32 cache drives in RAID 0 config. Here my HDtach results.

My question is why (even when benchmarking and playing any other game or doing anything ) they are completely silent until I play mirrors edge. When I play the make a strange spinning sound like they are struggling. Is this normal ?? Thank for the help.

PS i am on windows 64 and the game is loaded via a reloaded crack seeing as i hate to load cds

how much ram do you have installed on your system?

is it possible that you dont have enough and that running mirrors edge is causing your system to run out and so it starts using the page file which causes the disk thrashing?
