im going to be start ocing my 8800gts 512mb in riva tuner and want to know what sort of oc i should be able to get. Just post your oc, and if you use stock cooling or after market and what fan speed you have your card set to if u use stock cooling.

and for fun, what sort of 3dmark score have you got with your system?

Someone here got 811MHz on core and 1050MHz on memory.

 

EDIT: On stock cooling with fan set to 60%, getting somewhere around 40C idle.

oo nice so i shoudl definitely look to ocing my card then??

*k wtf i just noticed that my core clock is 670... i thought it was higher.. so your saying that they upped it from 670 all the way to over 800!!!! thats actually insane!! and on stock cooling omfg thats just mad crazy

Oh yeah. Just make sure you unlink the core clock and shader clock.

Perhaps setting your PCIe frequency to 115MHz would help with OC. Don't set it too high though, since it can mess up you SATA ports, thus screwing up your data from HD.
