Which will benefit me most?

One of my crucial sticks died recently so I'm looking for a new ram kit. I'm either going to go with another 2gb set of the crucial: 2gb ddr2 800 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146565. or the cheaper G.Skill: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231098. However, I was also thinking of getting 4gb G.Skill http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231122.

If I were to go with the 2gb I would get the timings set at 4-4-4-12 but with the 4gb I don't know what I would set them at. Mainly I'm just wondering what will benefit my pc the most, whether it be gaming or random windows activities.

One of my crucial sticks died recently also, since it has a lifetime warrany Crucial replaced the whole kit.
