Problem with System Restore

Hello,
System Restore does not show calendar. Therefore no indication is available of restore dates. I cannot use system restore without calendar showing. Any help please? Thanks

  1. Try it in safe mode.
  2. It's the same problem in safe mode too
  3. Do you see the option to 'restore to an earlier time'? If yes, click next.

    If that's what you're doing, and you have no calender on the next screen, a screenshot of what you're seeing would be helpful.

    Thanks. I hope this information is enough. As you can see the system creates a restore point but the calendar is not visible and pressing NEXT has no effect.

  12. Are there any errors in the event viewer?

    Download ccleaner, and run the registry cleaner.
