Hello, I've decided to buy an 8800 GTS G92 card and found these two on newegg: BFG: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814143119 EVGA: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814130325 In another thread, someone highly recommended EVGA, but their card is $20 more than the BFG (after rebates). So my question is, aside from the EVGA trade-in plan, is there any reason that I should spend that xtra dough? Thanks for any help, Ramble
Here's a good comparison of the different 8800GTS cards done. They dont do a BFG evaluation in that particular review, however, it is mentioned with a link to its preformance in the summary of the review. http://enthusiast.hardocp.com/arti [...] VzaWFzdA==
Performance-wise there probably won't be much of a difference, but the life-time warranty and step-up program is pretty nice.
I believe BFG has a lifetime warranty, as well
I bought the BFG. I can't wait! *waits...*
Awesome link. I already have the EVGA card, and its interesting to see how little affect over-clocking really has.
