What should I buy??? Corsair 1GB 800Bus OR Corsair 2GB 667Bus???

Plz help me in selecting.
What should I buy:
1- Corsair 1GB (800 BUS)
2- Corsair 2GB (667 BUS)

Seriously, you should provide more information about the system those memory modules are going to be put into. Without more information you're lucky if you get no advice.

Corsair 2 GB 667 with 4,4,4,12.

If you can find a 2GB 800 kit with either 4,4,4,12 or 5,5,5,15(18) for the same price, then get the 800 kit.

Always get at least 2GB.
But with the price of DDR2 at this point, I don't see why you can't get DDR2-800.

I mean I have 2 choices:
1- to get 1 GB (at 800Mhz)--XMS2 I think
2- to get 2 GB (at 667MHz)--Simple DDR2 I think.

Intel G33FB mobo
Seagate 160 GB Harddisk
E4600 processor

Don't get the XMS memory with the G33FB MOBO. You need memory that will run at 1.8v. I suggest you check our memory configurator if you want to see the recommended memory for that MOBO :
