Fold it into a paper towel, put it in an zip lock bag, put that into a larger bag thats full of packing peanuts, then put that into a cardboard box, and ship.

No no no..... Zip Lock bag doesn't equal anti-static bag. Do what he said basically, but instead of Zip Lock, find an anti-static bag from one of your old components, or your local PC shop.

The plastic casing that it comes in is not anti-static either. But yea, anti-static bag would proly be better...if he has one.
