hello , my COrsair 520hx has 2 Pci Express cables with 2 PCI express connectors on each. but my XFX installation guide is telling me to use 2 seperate Connectors so does that mean i have to use 2 PCIe lines and use 1 from each and leave the other 2 dangling?

It probably means you need two connectors if you don't have a dedicated PCI-E connector. You see, the box usually comes with a splitter cable (PCI-E 6pin -> Two Molex) and in that case you would have to use two connectors.

Ex of the splitter:

I see what you were saying above now. I've been able to just use the two on one cable and be fine. If you feel like it's not performing up to par or you're worried about it, just use two separate rails / cables.

Nah, but I'd still try first with a single rail. No sense in using two rails if one can do the job just as well.

If there isn't enough power it will just beep at you a lot, which basically means "GIVE ME MORE POWER!" :p

Yeah, fans you can daisy-chain, or connect a bunch onto a single rail w/o any trouble at all. For your GPU though, it is recommended that you isolate it to it's own rail to ensure clean, constant power.
