micro ATX (MCP61) and HD 3850

I was wondering if this card would fit in to my micro ATX board..

here is a pic of the mobo

hd 3850... what do you guys think?

It would block No. 8. Not sure if you are using that.
You could connect the wire that connects to 8 to a molex connector eventually.
You also need to make sure it fits in the case and doesn't bump against the hard drive cage/optical drive cage.

No 8 is the fan connector, thats like you say I can connect to a molex one.

Case is not a problem, got a Antec pro case, the HD and optical drives are miles away.

What I am worried about is though that the end of the card is going to be stopped by the chipset heat sink.. and may be the last Sata socket (not connected, but might block, as the ATI card seems really long)

It may cover the chipset and first sata port.
You can eventually get a smaller chipset heat sink and 90 degree Sata cables.
I don't think there will be a problem.
