Buying 2x2GB of 800Mhz CL5 memory.

Which of the selected brands are the most reliable?

I will not OC the comp, so all that matters is stability.

I think you will be happy with any of those. I just put my system together last Friday with some A-Data and am very pleased with it so far. Over the last few years I have heard good things about it and decided to give it a try.

I've not heard anything bad about any of the above. If you're not OCing, then you'd probably be best comparing prices! (never thought I'd say that in a hardware forum!)

During this new build I bought a Gigabyte P35-DS3R board and some RAM was recommended to me that I'd never heard of before: A-DATA, GeIL, and G.SKILL. I checked a round and read a lot of positive reviews for all three brands, but I finally settled on the G.SKILL. Both A-DATA and GeIL are decent RAM as long as you make sure it's compatible with your mobo.

A-DATA Vivesta uses Micron dram chips which are generally compatible with most MBs. Gskill and Patriot also use Micron sometimes. Sometimes they use lesser grade drams.
