Problem conecting xl1s to windows7

My laptop asus g60jx don't recognize camcorder xl1s via 1394,I use windows 7
Please help

Well your gonna need .NET framework software installed most likely
and your gonna need the camcorder software installed from the manufacturer's CD
and I think you might try the windows 7 forum, click forum on the upper left of this page, then scroll down to windows 7
