And what about P5KC motherboard with core 2 duo 8400 to support this card?

I would go with the GIGABYTE 8800GTS 512. It's a bit faster than the GT and has a dual slot cooler.

I confess I don't really know; however, I can tell you that from what I've read that Gigabyte is a reputable brand, whereas I haven't heard much about Gainward before. Also the Gigabyte is cheaper and should offer comparable performance.
