Replace the 975X motherboard with a P35 motherboard. Gigabyte DS3P @ $165

Get the 32bit version of Vista.

Replace the Rosewill PSU with a higher quality part. A good 400-500Watt PSU will easily power your system and leave room for future upgrades. PSU suggestions

Agree get another mobo the ASUS P5k E is worth looking at.

I changed your PSU to True Power Trio 650
Motherboard to Asus P5E
and 8800GT 512MB to Radeon 3870 512MB so you can do crossfire in the future.
Antec Nine Hundred is very good case for cooling

ASUS has 3 PCI slots, which could come in handy. Not sure the Deluxe is worth the $50 premium over the P5K E w WIFI
